A 14-day right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase, for any reason and without giving one. You do not need to justify the decision.
What you get back
You are reimbursed for what you paid, using the same payment method you used to pay, within 14 days of telling us. If you asked to start using Typetoe straight away and then withdraw, we may keep an amount in proportion to the part of the period you have already used.
How to ask
Write to us with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. One line is enough. Our address is legal@typetoe.com.
Cancelling later
After the 14 days, you can cancel a subscription at any time and it will not renew. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not end the period you have already paid for, which stays yours until it expires.
